I like to ski/ride the moguls and hope Loon will always try to have a least one good bump run open. The difference between a great day and a good day for me depends on being able to ski the bumps. NE weather means that those bumps will be icy most of the time but thats no reason to groom them flat. I hope Loon will leave the far side of Lower Flume untouched by groomers.

Comments: Oh boy, today is going to be another beauty and it looks like we won't see any significant changes in the weather pattern until after the weekend. Good news for those of you who have been waiting for warm weather skiing and riding and good news for the Governor's Cup on Saturday and the Cardboard Box Race on Sunday. Several trails have been left au natural this morning and others like Blue Ox and Lower Speakeasy have been groomed down one side with moguls left on the other. Elsewhere, cruising rules and should be a blast all day long! We all need a break from skiing and riding at some point during the day, and two great places to catch your breath, relax and soak up some rays are the decks at Camp III and the Pemi Base Camp. Have a good one! -Bud
