Here's a look at last winter's adventure. Current mindset as of today is Whistler Olympics 2010, and some heli-skiing in the Coastal Mountain range this February.

This video below was from Jackson Hole 2009...Enjoy !

EPIC ski week !

What an amazing Holiday week! Mother Nature heard our calls and dumped a pile of POW all over the place.

The glades are great, and a group of Chickadees absolutely shredded the trees, making fresh morning tracks on Scaler, Mike's Way, and yes, BUCKSAW.

Next time you see us in the trees, cheers us on !

Best Week Ever

Skiing and riding promises to be great this week and once these warm temps get out of the way Sunday the snow men will kick into high gear !

South Peak opening will be great and the conditions so far this year have been excellent but we need some help from the Snow Gods.

Look out for 7 of Loon's best Jr Seasonal kids this week and see how great these kids ski ! Chickadees RULE !

Our plans are to head right over to rip on South Peak, visit the birds and of course the candy store.

10 Degrees

What a difference 10 degrees in temperature would have made last night (Ah, to have woken up to 10" of Pow would have been just great) but my crystal ball was just a tad blurry.

However it was still nice to see snow on the hill this morning (Rip Saw was virtually covered), so we'll see how long it lasts.

Cold temps are on the way this week, so keep fingers and toes crossed for next weekend's scheduled opening.

Early season snow storm on the way !

Hello all,

My crystal ball is telling me that a HUGE early season snow storm is on the way for the Friday after Thanksgiving ! When it happens, tell all your friends that Joey Skittles predicted it.

Get the skis out and tuned up people...we are just a few short weeks from getting back out on the mountain.

Comments: We are anxious that Mother Nature will send some s-n-o-w our way this week. If I just spell it out and not really say the word, perhaps it will work. Next week is vacation week and we have lots on tap- The Hot Tamales kick things off Saturday night in the Bunyan Room; Fun! Day in the Park; Magic Show; Movie Afternoon; Fluorescent Nights and more! Remember to be safe out there- Know the Code and Easy Style It. Have a good night! I'm off tomorrow and going skiing!!! -Stacy
